Ticket commission
Tikoo! charges a 5% commission on the value of paid tickets sold. Free tickets do not attract a commission.
Withdrawals
Each withdrawal costs between KES 100 and KES 250, depending on the amount withdrawn. The applicable charge is shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
Payment processing
Paid ticket orders are processed securely by Paystack. Any separately applicable payment-provider charge is disclosed before paid sales are activated.
