Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Tikoo! as a guest, ticket buyer, or organizer. Effective 23 September 2026.
1. Using Tikoo!
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful events and transactions. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, resell access without permission, or attempt to copy or falsify a ticket.
2. Events and organizers
Tikoo! provides event discovery, registration, payment, and ticketing technology. The organizer is responsible for delivering the event, the accuracy of its listing, venue access, safety, permissions, and event-specific conditions. Organizer profiles and events may be reviewed, rejected, suspended, or removed where needed to protect guests or the platform.
3. Orders and tickets
An order is confirmed only after payment or free registration is successfully completed and a ticket is issued. Tickets are subject to stated quantity limits and event conditions. A QR ticket may be accepted only once; copied, voided, refunded, or already-admitted tickets can be refused.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Their service terms may also apply. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund policy and any clearly disclosed event-specific terms.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep Tikoo! reliable and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tikoo! is not responsible for organizer acts, event cancellation or quality, venue conditions, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will publish the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
